Show Us The TBR Pile!!!
Okay Book Bloggers!!!
It’s time to get creative! If there’s one thing book bloggers seem to have in common, one bittersweet fact, one troubling but joyous shared burden….it’s the TBR pile.
Show us your TBR pile!!!
But don’t be all boring about it….get creative! Try to reveal something to us about yourself through your TBR pile…I’m not going to tell you HOW to do that, just that you SHOULD do it because BBAW is all about getting to know one another better!
Post your picture on your blog, (should be a new picture not recycled), drop your link in the Mister Linky (he’s getting a work-out during BBAW) and then go see everyone else’s TBR! We’ll randomly draw names out of the participants to win their choice of one of the following:
Feelin the Vibe by Candace Dow
Dutch by Terri Woods
The Palace of Strange Girls by Sallie Day
Spooner by Pete Dexter

Marta Acosta Appreciates Book Bloggers…with Books!
Marta Acosta said,
As both an author and a blogger, I’ve really come to appreciate all the hard work that book bloggers do. Writing a book is just part of an author’s responsibility. We’ve also got to let readers know about our books so they don’t languish on shelves. Book bloggers provide an amazing service—they review our books, post book descriptions and covers, interview us, and introduce us to fellow book lovers. Most book bloggers do all this work, which can take hours every day, without any kind of compensation—because they want to share their love of books. Thanks so much for all you do!
Marta has generously offered to give away three SIGNED copies of her book Happy Hour at Casa Dracula
Want to win? Great!!! Just leave a comment, make sure when you fill out the email address field that it’s a valid address. This contest is open until September 20th….good luck!
