Congrats to everyone who was shortlisted!
I have voted!
Am I blind, or is Best Series or Feature not there?

Is there a hyperlinked list of the shortlisted blogs somewhere? There are some I am finding it hard to locate through Google.

Congrats to everyone shortlisted! Would love a list with links so I can check out the blogs I’m not familiar with! Thanks!

I"m another who would like a hyperlinked list.

Ditto—kind of impossible to vote without links. Otherwise, people will just vote for the blogs they already know. Which, I guess is what will happen anyway. But it’s hard for those of us who haven’t been blogging as long and were hoping to discover new blogs. Awesome work. Looking forward to BBAW.

Hey, I see you already have a list of the links—look in the opening paragraph, and it is referenced there. Sorry, thanks!

I think I voted. Maybe I’m dense but it was not clear to me but moving when I looked at the shorlist list initially I thought I didn’t realize I was in the ‘booth’ I was checking out the nominees for each category.
It might help to make a greater distinction between the voting booth and the review list with size or color or something.

I was delighted to recognize a great many excellent blogs, and some that sound very intriguing. Kudos to Amy for putting together this list.

Just another who would like a hyperlinked list !
I mean, the point is not only to vote for those we already know… right?

Just to clarify, for those who are looking for a hyperlinked list of blogs, it is referenced in the first paragraph. But here is the link again: http://bookbloggerappreciationweek.com/index.php/site/comments/the_2009_bbaw_awards_shortlists/

Are there any non-North American blogs on this list? What happened to all those wonderful blogs in the UK, Ireland & Australia/NZ?
And have any of the organisers considered they might have a conflict of interest? As a point of principle their blogs should not have been eligible for this competition.

I remember when I was little peeling the stickers off of the rubiks cube and rearranging them so I had complete colors on every side. I always wondered if that rubiks sale somehow made me smarter than all the people that spent hours trying to finish it traditionally.
